Our games have been downloaded in excess of 11 million times. We make beautiful, fun games for the iOS and Android platforms. We’re growing like mad in terms of users, revenue, products, and people. JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re expanding exponentially. In order to successfully implement this expansion strategy we’ll need to add highly talented, results driven Technical Recruiter who has worked in a high volume, fast paced environment. If you can thrive in fast paced environment and love working with people read on!
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Full life cycle recruiting of technical hires
• Thoroughly evaluate technical candidates to check personal qualifications against job requirements
• Build captivating job descriptions and compelling passive ads with hiring teams
• Provide an aggressive hiring plan and build confidence and credibility with client teams
• Work with client teams on a daily basis to provide impeccable customer service
• Set expectations with client teams and providing a “consultative approach” to recruiting
• Provide results in a very metrics driven environment
REQUIREMENTS
• 5 years of technical recruiting experience required
• Must be able to articulate technical challenges and understand (at least high level) how web architecture works
• Understand who the major and emerging bay area web companies are
• Proven experience successfully filling technical positions
• Candidates must have experience recruiting in the consumer web space
• Successful experience recruiting in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Strong “consultative skills” and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to work independently and be very proactive
• Must have glowing references from previous client managers you have supported
• Very high attention to detail
• Must have a bachelors degree
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience in gaming, mobile or consumer internet space
