JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re expanding exponentially and have an opportunity for a rock star sourcer to get down and geek out on finding talent where no talent has been found before. We need this sourcer to lead us in our battle for the best technical gaming talent around. The focus will be on technical roles, but may also include other areas. We are expanding and need you expertise, your speed and your passion. You will also be responsible for building our best practices as you see fit.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing key strategic sourcing projects & programs
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to source top technical talent, but may also be called up for other areas as needed.
Source and develop passive prospect pipeline for full life cycle recruiters to develop into candidates
Accomplish multifaceted research and sourcing projects – we would love to see lists of names, emails and phone numbers to be flowing like water
Ability to locate & identify qualified candidates through creative channels, like leveraging social networking sites.
Must have detailed knowledge of internet and telephone sourcing - can you describe and show specifics examples of what you do (role play, scripts, tools, sites, strings, resources, automation, people find, search sites) and do you know the difference between natural, semantic and keyword searches – if you struggle with this and cannot demonstrate this, you will not be considered
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a min 3 years experience in Sourcing and/or Recruiting
Experience sourcing for both technical and non-technical roles
Related professional experience within corporate recruiting
Strong analytical skills and ability to work well with metrics, numbers and trends (excel is your friend)
Knowledge of mail merge, contact capture and the latest sourcing and research tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelors Degree desired
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience in gaming, mobile or consumer internet space
